Hard Hats, Twists and Tarts

  

  

It was a strange mix of baking yesterday.  I made teeny tiny hard hats out of polymer clay, Spinach twists for dinner, and Portuguese Custard Tarts (from a new Paul Hollywood cookbook that I bought) for dessert.
