Hibiscus Tea Dye
Look how strong the colour is in the pot. The final yarn is a lovely muted pink. I'm going to try again with the tea with a different mordant to see if the yarn can pick up more colour. I also tried making the yarn more variable (darker in parts and lighter in parts) but that didn't work either. I think the variation at the moment is because the yarn is handspun and the light reflecting off the plys.
