Ceilings at the Gallery
We went to the NGV yesterday hoping to see the Escher exhibition. The queue was quite long and wasn't moving at all. It extended into the Great Hall with the wonderful stained glass ceiling. We decided to leave the queue and look at booking times on the website, also full. Another day, the exhibition is on until April. When we were walking out we looked up at the next ceiling. Those are seagulls dotted all over. The installation in that space is a cityscape, made for an interesting view.
