Tahini & Rye Cookies
I saw these cookies on Instagram at Green Kitchen Stories the other day and thought I would give them a try. I couldn't find rye flour at the local supermarket, so substituted oat flour. I used chocolate chips instead of chopping chocolate. They are sesame seeds on the outside. When they were just baked they were delicious. However the next day they are quite soft and the sesame seed flavour is overpowering. I will try them again when I can find rye flour and probably make less so there are no leftovers.
