Arne & Carlos are in home isolation. To pass the time they are doing a daily video and a knit-a-long. In the first video was a flower block and they also talked about block knitting and showed some examples. It's where you knit effectively two blocks at once on the one needle. One side has the pattern colours one way, the other side has the reverse colours. The blocks are joined and don't pull apart. It is really a brain workout counting how many stitches to do in one colour, but also each alternate stitch is the opposite colour as you work along the row.
