The guy from Piers' work that gave me the Vietnamese Magenta Plant also offered some cumquats to dye with. But since the mandarines didn't produce much colour, but then was thinking I hadn't made marmalade in a very long time. So marmalade it is. Made one large and four smaller jars. As you can see Piers has been enjoying it.
